Now active-enhanced ways to manage your debit cards and track spending, all within our mobile banking app!

Your debit card controls and alerts have moved!  You no longer need a standalone app to manage your debit cards.  Designed to optimize your experience, the card controls formerly found in the Card Valet app have been merged into our mobile banking app.  These features may now be found by tapping "My cards" from the "Quick Links" tab inside our mobile banking app.  You still have all the features you’re used to, and more, including:
• Real-time card transaction notifications
• Enriched transactions to clearly see where your purchases are made
• Recurring payment visibility for subscriptions and cards on file with merchants
• Controls and alerts for location, merchant type, and spending limit preferences
• Tracking spending by month, category and more

What Should I Do to Get Ready?
1. If you haven’t already, download our mobile banking app, set up an account and login to become familiar with the app. 
2. Turn on automatic app updates on your phone so you get the new features as soon as they are rolled out.
3. Enable Live Updates in our mobile banking app so you know exactly what to expect and when.

Will the CardValet app still work?
While you may still receive alerts from the Card Valet app, controls within the app are no longer active.  Instead, those controls have been merged into our mobile banking app.  You may delete the Card Valet app from your device, and use the mobile app exclusively.  If you do already have the mobile banking app, we encourage you to download it from your app store today!

Information about changes to your online banking login process.

You online banking sessions have now become more secure!  In order to increase security and provide robust account protection, we have now implemented a multifactor authentication process to your online banking login.  We are discontinuing the challenge questions and one-time email passcode authentication methods, and have added device recognition and customer authentication through SMS (text) messages or voice calls to your preferred telephone number--home, business, or cell phone--it's up to you.  Please, never share your online banking login credentials with anyone, and please do not share any SMS verification codes with a third party. These credentials and codes are only for you, and are meant to protect your account.  Sharing them, for any reason, defeats the protection that they provide.

Our mobile devices are convenient and are a big part of how we keep in touch with the world.  It makes sense that we now have banking information at our finger tips, 24/7.  As a financial institution, we work hard to make sure that your banking information stays secure, and we want to provide you with several tips to help prevent someone from gaining access to your personal information.    

The most important step in keeping mobile devices such as phones and tablets secure is realizing that mobile devices are portable computers and treating them as such.  Using these common-sense precautions can help protect your personal information:

You can view up to the past 18 months of account statements from within online banking by clicking the "Documents" tab while viewing any account.
