The Bank of The West’s Online Banking combines convenience and flexibility while you easily conduct a wide range of personal banking transactions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there any special software required?

No. All you need is access to the Internet using one of the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari 7.0 or higher (the latest versions are highly recommended for your greatest security, and older browser support may be discontinued at any time). Browsers must support at least a 128-bit Secure Sockets layer (SSL) encryption protocol.

Is Online Banking secure?

Yes. Besides using 128-bit encryption, The Bank of The West’s Online Banking is built with several additional safeguards to ensure your account information remains secure. Should someone attempt to access your account portfolio using an incorrect password more than three times, The Bank of The West will lock the entire session from use for 30 minutes. Should this happen more than three times, the lockout will become permanent and can only be cleared by a The Bank of The West administrator. Should you forget to logout of Online Banking, your session will automatically be terminated after 15 minutes of no activity.

What if my ACCESS ID and/or PASSWORD don’t seem to work?

There are a couple of solutions to this problem. The most common issue is the placement of your CAPS LOCK key. Your ACCESS ID and PASSWORD are case sensitive. The second most common issue is a complete lockout of your account. If you weren’t sure of your PASSWORD, and began guessing or didn’t realize that you were entering your PASSWORD in the wrong case, you had only three chances to get it right. As a security feature, we lockout all accounts if an incorrect PASSWORD is entered on the third try. The lockout session will last for 30 minutes. If you initiate the lockout three times, then it becomes permanent. Then the only way to reset a lockout is by calling us at (580) 661-3541 during regular business hours.

Bill Pay

Now Available!

Now, you have the availability to pay your bills through your online or mobile banking session using the CheckFree RXP payment center. This CheckFree RXP will provide easy, safe, and convenient money movement options. In many cases, payments you send will be received as soon as the next-business day. If the merchant you are paying accepts electronic payments, the funds will be transferred electronically to them, and if they don’t accept electronic payments we still have you covered—we’ll send them a check so you don’t have to!  Contact your local branch for information on how to sign up for this service!

Mobile Banking

The Bank of The West is excited to announce that mobile banking is here! You are now able to access your accounts on the go using our custom designed mobile app, Mobility. Download our app and log in using your existing online banking credentials.  Don't have an online banking account?  Sign up for online banking here on our website, and then go download our app.  With mobility  you can check your balances, view transactions, and make transfers between your accounts at The Bank of The West, all through the mobile app. More features will be added soon, including debit card access through Card Valet integrated into the mobile app, mobile deposit, bill pay, and Popmoney, a person-to person payments platform. Mobile banking is meant for personal accounts.  You may manage your mobile device access through the profile tab in your consumer online banking session.  Note:  you must have an existing online banking profile in order to access your accounts through mobility.   

Mobile Capture

Are you on the go, and sometimes find that you need to deposit a check, but aren't near one of our branch locations?  For your convenience, we now offer mobile capture though our mobile banking app.  With mobile capture, you can deposit checks of up to $2,000.00 each and up to $2,000.00 per day right from your mobile device, and without leaving the app.  Contact your local branch for more information on mobile deposit, and for information on how to sign up for this service!
